Lex arabiae

lex arabiae is an in-house magazine of Roedl, Meyer-Reumann Middle East Ltd (R&M). It was introduced 1997 and is published quarterly. Its targeted readers are the R&M Clients and the friends of the house as well as the diplomatic representatives and public institutions, who are interested in the development of legal issues in the Middle East.

The authors are mainly the lawyers of Roedl, Meyer-Reumann Middle East and the legal subjects of the articles are chosen from legal issues of general interest, encountered by the lawyers in their day to day work. Generally the articles are comprehensive summaries of 2 - 3 pages preceded by an even shorter summary of about 4 lines. The condensed presentation allows busy readers to get an idea of topics in the Middle East by spending a minimum of time.

The lex arabiae is published in a printed version as well as an electronic version. The electronic version allows readers to get additional information. (e.g. of the authors, the R&M Offices, websites R&M Profile etc.) by means of well placed hyperlinks.

The printed version is distributed to readers, who prefer something printed on the shelf to be available any time. Presently about 1000 printed issues are distributed quarterly. The subscription of lex arabiae for the targeted readers is free of charge.
